Ashley Stenning is an Associate in the firm’s corporate practice. Ashley’s practice focuses on corporate and business transactional matters, including formation of corporations and LLCs, commercial transactions, consulting agreements, licensing of intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions. Ashley represents a broad range of clients in diverse industries, including entertainment, sports, fitness, software, and technology.

Ashley earned her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law with a Certification of Concentration in Business & Corporate Law and was a member of the San Diego International Law Journal.
