Michael Garman is an Associate in the firm’s corporate practice. Michael’s practice focuses on a wide range of corporate and business transactional matters, including formation and governance of corporations and LLCs, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, as well as delivering advice and counsel to clients across various industries. Michael works with businesses of all sizes, from emerging startups to established enterprises, helping them navigate complex corporate transactions and operational challenges.

Before joining Venture LLP, Michael honed his legal expertise at a leading international law firm consistently ranked among the top tier of the Am Law 100. Michael earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of his class and receiving the honor of Order of the Coif. He also holds a B.A. in political science from UC Santa Barbara, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors.
